Registration Process

AG and Meal Registration

Our AG registration fee includes a welcome package and admittance to all AG activities at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel (BSH) including speakers, hikes, games and entertainment. The 3 official AG meals are payable separately on our registration form. Meals can be ordered at the same time you register for the AG or can be ordered at a later date but before May 17, 2011. Credit card payments can be made through our registration site via PayPal whether you have a PayPal account or not.

Daily rates are now available for Mensans and guests who would like to experience the AG without committing to the full 4 days of the event. For only $75 per day you can join us in Banff and attend all AG activities occurring that day (except the 3 formal AG meals which can be purchased separately). Please check out the AG program to help you choose which day or days appeal to you most.

If you wish to register for the AG manually you can print off our registration form and send it with a cheque in Canadian funds payable to Mensa Calgary — 2469 Sorrel Mews SW, Calgary AB T2T 6G5, Canada. E-mail banffagreg@shaw.ca if you experience any difficulties with our registration process.

Hotel Registration

Our hotel registration link takes you directly into Fairmont’s room reservation system. You can reserve rooms now for the AG by providing a credit card number but do not have to pay for the room charge until you check out in May 2011. See Fairmont’s details for its cancellation policies. Fairmont has blocked off a limited number of rooms at our special group rate so make sure you reserve a room before our rooms are fully booked up.

If you wish to reserve rooms for the AG manually you can call Fairmont’s toll free number 1.866.840.8118 and identify yourself as part of the Mensa Canada Annual Gathering to receive our special group rates. Email banffrg@shaw.ca if you experience any difficulties reserving rooms.
